The solution

The collaboration with Gorilla Services began with the implementation of Freshdesk. That process went smoothly thanks to direct support and clear communication.

When Gorilla demonstrated their own project approach in monday.com, it quickly became clear that this platform could also be the next step for Noordhoff Zorg.

Previous experiences with Asana and Jira had shown that many tools were either too limited or felt too technical.

Monday.com offered the intuitive operation and flexibility that Noordhoff was looking for: attractively designed, easy to share with customers and external parties, yet powerful enough for complex processes.

The rollout got off to a challenging start, as the learning path production proved to be complex. However, Gorilla quickly adapted: another specialist, on-site sessions and closer coordination ensured that confidence grew.

Each department was given its own workspace, processes were standardised, and a superuser group was created to share knowledge and accelerate adoption.

Monday.com thus evolved from a support tool into a central hub where marketing campaigns, learning paths, customer projects and even time registration come together.
